Q: Do you hate little dogs?

A: Not really, we just can’t get over any dog better-dressed than us.

We love dogs of all sizes and believe they deserve respect, love and care from their guardians. Dogs in over-the-top accessories and clothing are just begging to be made fun of...you know you do it too!!

Q: Do you hate people with little dogs?

A: Define “hate”. That is a strong word so I’d have to say we don’t. We do however love you.

Q: Who the heck are you people?

A: We’re just a couple of Brooklynites with nothing but love in their hearts for animals yet can’t help but laugh at those who deserve it. Living in New York we see Prada Pups and Dior Dogs everywhere. It’s getting out of control and we feel for those Stupid Little Dogs. Someone has to be the voice of reason; looks like it’s us!

Q: If I buy some of your stuff, how will you get it to me and what will shipping cost?

A: We ship all orders using USPS and each order’s shipping price varies depending on size and destination (during check-out you can select to "estimate shipping"). Orders are usually processed within two to four business days. If an item is SOLD OUT and you really must have one, contact us and we'll let you know if we are making more and when it will be available.

Q: Your shirt ticked off my mother in-law and she wants me to return it. Can I?

A: All t-shirt purchases are non-refundable.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email us and we’ll work out an exchange. We’re good people, you’re good people... You will be responsible for return shipping but we’ll cover shipping the exchange item back to you. We will not ship the new item until we receive the item you are exchanging. It must be in original condition (don’t wash it, wear it or get it dirty) and must be received by stupidlittledog.com within 15 days of your original order. We will not accept returns or exchanges after 15 days from the date of purchase. Period. (Check out our Terms & Conditions - exchange stuff is way at the bottom - darn lawyers).
 
If we totally spaced and shipped you the wrong t-shirt or the t-shirt is defective, we will credit you for return shipping and we’ll cover the cost of shipping your replacement.

Q: How do I pay for my goodies?

A: We accept payment using PayPal. BUT you DO NOT need a paypal account to place an order. During your check-out just click "Don't Have a PayPal account?" and complete your order.

Q: I have a stupid-cool idea for a SLD tee shirt or product, how do I let you know?

A: We’re thrilled you think about us so much! If you have a great design idea, hit us with it at info@stupidlittledog.com. If we like it we’ll let you know and hook you up with free stuff! Oh, and we’ll let your friends and total strangers know that YOU ROCK!!! 

Q: How do I become a SLD reseller?

A: If you are a retailer interested in purchasing SLD stuff for your store contact us at retail@stupidlittledog.com. We'll send you some info and our ORDER FORM. Shoot it back to us and we’ll get the dog walking!

Q: I manufacture really great products and would love to slap the SLD brand on them, who should I contact?

A: If you are a manufacturer interested in becoming a SLD licensee please contact us at brand@stupidlittledog.com

Q: Do you have a dog?

A: No!!! Just an overweight, smelly-ass ungrateful cat. Maybe that’s our problem.
